vending.com Rebate Program

With the purchase of this vending machine, you can buy qualifying items online or in store and receive a rebate. Only purchases of bottled water will be honored. Simply send all product receipts within 90 days of receiving your vending machine, and you’ll get a dollar-for-dollar rebate for what you spent on those products (recycling, redemption, bottle bills/deposit laws and litter laws or any other regulatory or product fees assessed by states for various products, shipping, sales tax, and deposits are not included). If you purchase products online for a price that includes shipping the in store cost will be rebated in place of the online cost.

• Please note:If you want to take full advantage of the program you must follow each of the steps below exactly as stated:

Step 1: Purchase a qualified Vending Machine from vending.com during the month of July, 2024. Qualified machines include the Express Combo and 10 Select Drink machines.

Step 2: Purchase up to $200.00 in bottled water.

Step 3: Send all necessary documents listed below within 90 days of receiving the machine.

• Email items below to rebate@vending.com
• Receipts for the qualifying products.
• Serial number of your qualified machine purchased from vending.com.
• Mailing address to send your rebate check.

Step 4: Your receipts will be processed, and check will be mailed to you. You will receive your rebate check via the mail to the address you provided on the rebate form.

Please note: Rebate can only be submitted once. Please hold your receipts until you’re ready to submit the rebate in its entirety.
