Through Vending.com’s affiliate, Vendnet, we are committed to providing you with top-quality vending equipment merchandise. Our research and development department is constantly testing new products so we can help your business grow.

In order to ensure you have the best experience with your vending equipment, Vending.com offers a 2-year parts warranty on new and remanufactured vending machines. This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal, indoor use. Our obligation is limited to replacing or repairing such vending machine parts at the sole discretion of Vending.com, provided the vending machine part is determined to be defective.

Beyond the scope of the standard parts warranty, Vendnet offers their Solid Shield Extended Warranty. This vending machine warranty option provides three different plans to give you a total of 36 months of additional protection against defects in materials and/or workmanship.

For a small investment, you can protect your vending machine with an additional warranty coverage that minimizes repair costs. If machine issues do occur, you know in advance you are covered, which allows you to avoid unplanned expenses.

The Solid Shield vending machine warranty provides an easy way to protect your cash flow from unplanned expenses and allows you an easy way to customize coverage to fit your needs. It includes:

• $0 deductible
• Access to Vendnet’s vast global network of authorized service entities

The Solid Shield warranty is available for purchase up to 12 months after taking delivery of your machine.
